Position will be responsible for handling Notice of Intent to Cancel and Notice of Cancellation requests initiated by insurance companies.</p> <p>Position reports directly to Team Director within the Premium Accounting Connection team.</p> <p>Primary Accountabilities<br /> • Communicate and coordinate with local Aon Risk Services office personnel and insurance carrier contact on Notices of Cancellation for non-payment of premiums.<br /> • Research and resolve intent to cancel and actual notices of cancellation of insurance premiums.<br /> • Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate the resolution of complex insured/carrier cancellation issues.<br /> • Ability to provide innovative and creative solutions.<br /> • Perform duties with heightened sense of urgency.</p> <p>Qualifications<br /> • Candidates will possess approximately 3-5 years of work related experience, with 2-3 years of insurance related experience preferred.<br /> • Communicate effectively by writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner.<br /> • Problem solving to formulate corrective action through interpretation from various sources.<br /> • Commitment to client service<br /> • Utilize computer skills including Excel, Outlook and proprietary databases to input, access, modify or transmit information or to execute analysis.<br /> • High School Diploma or <span class="caps">GED</span><br /> • Associate’s degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school.</p> <p>Company Background<br /> Aon is a global leader in risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human capital and management consulting and outsourcing.
