Pacific Life is currently seeking a detail oriented Compliance Analyst with excellent communication skills for its Life Insurance Division, located in Aliso Viejo, CA.

The ideal candidate will analyze and gather appropriate documents for court related requests such as subpoenas, bankruptcies, liens, levies and court orders. Will also gather and organize appropriate documentation for litigation cases and work with both corporate counsel and outside counsel. Gather and organize appropriate documents for market conduct exams and regulatory exams working with various regulatory entities and state Departments of Insurance. Monitor and document replacement activity for compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering, Foreign Currency, and Office of Foreign Asset Control activity.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires 3+ years of Life Insurance experience with a strong knowledge of life insurance principles and products or business experience in a financial services related field. Ability to quickly learn overall life company operations with an emphasis on new business practices and departmental procedures and systems. A good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with many levels of management and follow detailed direction. Flexible, with good organization and time management skills. Series 6 securities license required within 6 months of hire.
