•Be responsible for development and maintenance of integrated service test automation aligned with delivery and support of SOA solutions
•Support the implementation and integration of software development lifecycle management tools for the purpose of enabling SOA

Technical Experience:
Knowledge designing, developing and implementing the following Technologies a plus:
•Experience in developing and supporting automated testing domain for Web based application

Chubb Personal I/T is seeking a qualified Senior Programmer Analyst (SPA) to support Mainframe applications. This position is responsible for implementation of strategic technology solutions, as well as maintenance and enhancements to Chubb applications and platforms. To be considered, candidates must have strong experience using Mainframe tools for design, development and testing.

Job Description:
Works independently to design, develop and implement new programs and/or changes to existing systems. Evaluate complex business partner requirements and processes. From these requirements, the SPA must have the ability to design, implement and oversee complicated technology solutions. Must be able to execute and maintain standard corporate practices for operational Mainframe processes.

The position currently includes the following assignments:

•Maintain access manager for all existing and new users in addition to updating and granting access to BI tools and reporting categories.
•Serve as the primary resource to all Claim staff concerning all Claim reporting needs. Work directly with all of our business customers (both Field and Home Office). This includes addressing all e-mails, phone calls and face to face inquiries.
•Responsible for report development/creation using all ClaimPATH BI tools, including Report Studio, Cubes, etc.
•Support all report requests and maintenance contained within our Vista Plus and Webfocus reports.
•Responsible for documenting rules/workflows for all ClaimPATH BI reports.
•Responsible for managing all training documents and reference folder items.
•Participate in discussions when adding new functionality and changes to Claim Structure/Claim Hierarchy (i.e. Division, Zone, LOB) in associated Corporate, Underwriting and Claim workstations and their related financial systems. Typically any changes to these applications require us to update/edit reorganize, etc to all of our reports.
•Create testing scripts for all new functionality.
•Serve as the Help Desk for all Business Intelligence ClaimPATH applications including all managed reports, Cubes & Dashboards.
•Provide all aspects of training for all Business Intelligence ClaimPATH users.
•Create all training materials for all Business Intelligence ClaimPATH application.
•Perform all aspects of User acceptance testing while working with developers to ensure accuracy.
•Address all usability issues for all ClaimPATH BI tools.
•Address/discover and report on any data related issues related to our ODS, Mart or and related workstation databases.
