This position supports approximately 100 locations.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Essential Functions: &lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following job duties:&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Regular interaction with the 401K Administrator at each of the participating affiliate organizations on all aspects of the plan administration.  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Requires Series 6 and Series 63 licensure. &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Manages the non-discrimination testing, payroll interface, works with auditors on the annual Retirement Plan audit, assists employees with questions, arranges Retirement Plan Fiduciary Committee meetings, files 5500s for &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;PPFA&lt;/span&gt; and the 49 participating affiliate organizations, and works with the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;ERISA&lt;/span&gt; counsel.  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Interfaces with the Retirement Plans record-keepers, Fidelity &amp;amp; Mutual of America. &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Other responsibilities include supporting the Compensation &amp;amp; Benefits Team in the administration of benefits and compensation programs.  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Supports the HR Team on a project basis. &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Oversees daily administrative activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and assists with related development, design and planning projects.  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Manages the non-discrimination testing activities.  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Assists in the distribution of the Summary Annual Reports (&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;SARS&lt;/span&gt;).  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Assists in the development and distribution of communication strategies for plan. &lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Experience Requirements: &lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Bachelor’s Degree required &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Series 6 and 63 licensure required &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Minimum of three years experience in all aspects of administering Retirement Plans; strong math skills.  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Above average skill in Excel, Word and a strong analytical ability. &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Demonstrate a full understanding of the retirement plans (401K, 403B &amp;amp; 457B), plan objectives and the administration of the plans.  &lt;br /&gt;&#10;Able to apply knowledge of &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;ERISA&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;DOL&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;IRS&lt;/span&gt; regulatory issues.
