A&H Sales Analyst - Strong Reporting Skills

Currently, Chubb is seeking an A&H Sales Analyst. This position is located in Whitehouse, NJ reporting to the North American Administrative Manager of Accident Benefit & Health.
Position Responsibilities:
• Providing internal sales analysis which will include the following: 1) Preparing a U.S. Branch Scorecard, 2) Tracking sales metrics on a monthly basis, 3) Analyzing branch prospecting and account rounding performance, 4) Completing “pipeline” analysis reviews, 5) Measuring usage of Salesforce.com and 6) Conducting new and lost business analysis.
• Analyzing and Reporting producer performance which will include the following: 1) Reporting results by various segments, 2) Completing national broker scorecards, 3) Completing producer peer to peer reports, 4) Preparing materials for national broker meetings, 5) Monthly expense reports for A&H sales team and 6) Monthly external A&H website usage reports
• Assist with the maintenance of the internal website, which would include handling the annual review of pages/attachments, helping with the creation of web pages (some HTML skills required), etc.
• Work with the A&H NAZ Management and Field Sales to design a full menu of Field Performance Reports including but not limited to producer performance, tiering, branch scorecards, competitors and sales & marketing metrics. Generate these reports on a regular basis as determined by A&H Territory Management and deliver these reports in a timely and accurate manner in order to support A&H Territory Management in making strategic business decisions.
• Prioritize and complete specific projects that are assigned by A&H NAZ Management and Field Sales to support unique information gathering, data analysis and reporting needs that enables them to more effectively perform their roles.
• Providing timely and accurate reporting and analysis. Participate and actively engage in the compilation and analysis of various daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Perform analysis of results against forecasts and expectations, communicating results and areas of concern to Zone Management.
• Research and analysis of premium and expense questions as requested by various internal customers. A high level of energy and commitment to customer service is needed to successfully complete these and other tasks in the department.
• Other Duties as assigned.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint is required. Knowledge and usage of Access, FOCUS and other database skills (or the ability to learn those skills quickly) strongly preferred.
• Basic HTML skills required.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, technical knowledge, organizational skills, and an unwavering commitment to customer service.
• Strong time management skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task as needed. Drive to complete and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to influence/negotiate others to resolve business problems.
Analytical and Technical Skills:
• Provide accurate data and analysis in a timely fashion.
• Timely completion and clear presentation of reports and metrics.
• Demonstrates good problem solving skills.
• Effective use of technology
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Customer Service/Insurance Experience.
