This position will be located in Atlanta

Position Overview
The Specialist is part of a team-based approach providing administrative and recordkeeping services to Aon's nonqualified plan clients.  This position provides core recordkeeping services including pricing, contributions, distributions, enrollments and both monthly and customized reporting to Aon's clients. This position offers a blend of recordkeeping, data management skills in addition to problem-solving related to customized and complex nonqualified plans. 

Requirements
Approx 1-3 years experience administering 401k and/or nonqualified deferred comp plans
Degree strongly preferred; related industry certification courses or designations a huge plus
Proficient with Microsoft applications. Proficient with Sungard Omni strongly preferred; Omni Script background helpful
Proven written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively interact with internal colleagues, but also a variety of external contacts such as HR, finance, and senior level professionals at client organizations
Solid organizational ability to manage multiple tasks, recognize priorities, complete time sensitive requests, etc.
