We are currently seeking an Account Specialist in our Grand Rapids, MI office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical expertise in the servicing of medium to high complexity accounts.
Provide high level of customer service to large and middle market clients.
Manage key processes and internal activities.
Provide support to brokers both in Grand Rapids and in other offices for our clients.
Communicate with team members regularly and provide ongoing feedback
Maintain good working relationships with client team members.
Apply and translate new concepts to improve functioning of the team.
Appropriately use Aon approaches (e.g., playbook) to deliver quality client results
Ensure that receivables are under 30 days for invoices greater the $75K and under 60 days for fees greater then $25K
Achhieve 95% compliance with internal Aon systems
Produce accurate, quality work products; make efficient use of time and resources
Minimum Requirements:
2-5 yrs of commercial Property & Casualty lines knowledge and experience
Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Products
Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize
Ability to research and source out information
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flow deadlines and be flexible
