Currently, Chubb is seeking a Content Management Project Manager.
Position Description:
• Responsible for coordination of Chubb Personal Insurance (CPI) promotional and resource content for the internet, ChubbNet, e-newsletters, customer service portal and agency service portal. Deliver increased levels of consumer and agency engagement.
• Coordinate and manage the flow of all types of content from various sources, including CPI Communications Manager, Corporate Communications, eBusiness, Field Sales, etc., with a strong emphasis on consumer and agent-facing material.
• Play a major role in developing the strategic vision for the Content Management (CM) platform. Assist in development of CM standards for CPI, and ensure continuous improvement in the process. Work closely with various CPI departments to obtain, format, and promote content. Determine appropriate search criteria or keywords for content. Coordinate review, signoff, release and deployment of CM content. Suggest and implement innovative ideas regarding use of technology and navigation.
