Customer Communication Associate (Financial Services)
You've been looking for an opportunity to work with people who share your
commitment to a higher standard. You imagine building a career and even enjoying
your work. Good news. We've been looking for you too. Our Customer Communication
Associate position may be right for you. In this position, you will be
responsible for analyzing, identifying, and collecting past due premiums. You
will work with health plans and accounts receivable teams to resolve partial
balances and current premium statements.
Essential Duties:
Handles phone and electronic inquiries to completion
Serves as a consultant to health plans with regard to Collection reporting
Analyzing and identify groups for possible collection process
Responsible for monthly collection cycle including sending letters, processing terminations and write off adjustments.
Supports a team environment in multiple centers
Must be able to multitask and set priorities
Recognizes potential problems and addresses them quickly and to completion
Job Requirements include:
High school degree or equivalent.
Detail Orientated
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
