Coventry Health Care is currently seeking a Medicaid Database Analyst to join our DYNAMIC organization. If you have previous experience and are looking for a truly unique career, then we would like to talk to you.

In this position, you will be responsible for :
Project management of implementation and conversions.
Developing reports of moderate size and complexity from user requirements that vary and may lack clear definition
Evaluating capabilities and limitations of new and existing technical tools and systems
Review of standard queries for performance issues, making recommendations for improvement and changes as needed.
Serving as consultant to business department staff to interpret data.
Working with senior level staff to analyze the implication of system changes on data structures and reporting.
Participation as a team member on business improvement project teams.
Ensuring adequacy and quality of process and procedure documentation.

Job Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous (1-3 years) experience in business systems analysis, development, or implementation.
Extensive Knowledge of MS Access, SQL or similar programming language.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
Knowledge of Medicaid helpful.
Knowledge of the HIPAA 834 enrollment files needed.
