Customer Service Representative
at Plymouth Rock Assurance in New Hampshire

As the bridge of communication to our agents and insureds, the Customer Service Representative must be personable, friendly and willing to solve problems. This position is responsible for providing the high level of excellent customer service our agents and insureds expect and deserve. The representative will answer phone inquiries process policy change requests in addition to working on individual project assignments. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good organizational skills are required.
Knowledge, Skills & Education Required:
Computer experience and experience with Microsoft based programs and ImageRight is preferred.
College degree or insurance experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task, excellent phone skills, team player and positive attitude.
Additional Details and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines of business.
Accurately enter and update policy information into various processing systems and handle phone inquiries.
Answer questions regarding billing, policies, coverages and premiums.
Processing of manual renewals.
Various administrative items including daily mail distribution to our agents and ImageRight indexing.
