Premium Finance Manager

Position Summary:
This position serves to expand the understanding and utilization of premium finance within the business units of ARS.
Individual is responsible for the achievement of revenue and expense objectives.
This is accomplished through increasing/maximizing overall penetration/opportunities within assigned territory.
Travel is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Interacts with ARS personnel at various levels in order to achieve mutual sales and revenue objectives.
Analyzes, designs, and implements sales strategies with internal affiliate in accordance with Company policies and procedures and state premium finance laws.
Responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships from the perspective of a premium finance expert.
Uses finance expertise to add value to the transaction. Provide accurate and complete quoting information to approved finance vendors to obtain finance options for ARS clientele.
Coordinates individual efforts with support of remote team.Professional Education and Experience:
Knowledge of Financial statements, Insurance industry structure, policies, and issues.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including negotiating and development/delivery of clear and concise presentations.
Ability to professionally interact with all levels of internal and external customers. Self-motivated, goal oriented, able to work in fast-paced team environment.
PC literate
