Customer Service Representative-Waco

Farmers Insurance is looking for a Customer Sales Representative!
Duties will include but are not limited to:
# Sell new insurance and investment products and cross sell to existing book of business
# Solicit new customers through approved techniques and methods
# Conserve existing insurance and investments products
Willing to train the right person!
MORE THAN A JOB OPPORTUNITY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR CAREER MINDED INDIVIDUALS.
Job will include a negotiable salary, as well as, a bonus structure, with UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL! Group Health and Retirement Benefits Package Provided.

Here’s what you’ll need to qualify:
# Focus on customer service
# Focus on revenue (sales influence and persuasion, sales resilience, sales initiative)
# Self confidence and ability to work autonomously
# Drive and initiative
# Responsibility and commitment
# Excellent interpersonal skills
# Good business communication skills
# Ability to problem solve and develop ideas
# Ability to use basic math skills to problem solve
# Good critical thinking skills
Insurance licenses and Bilingual/Spanish fluent a plus!
