Position Summary:
In this role, under general supervision, you will perform a variety of claim clerical support duties such as answering telephones; taking messages; sorting/filing mail, and correspondence for the Service Center or Claim Office.
Matches proper file and/or claim number on unidentified correspondence by use of the Focus automated systems.
Perform control operator functions for the Focus equipment.
Review and remove files for destruction or transfer to central storage.
Retrieve and/or re-file items from central storage facility and maintain accurate records of file activity.
May assist in updating department manuals.

Perform other related duties as required or requested.

Required:
High School Diploma/GED
One year experience as a Claim Clerk II, or the equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer operations

Preferred:
Demonstrated knowledge of claim file systems and procedures.
