Full-time Skilled Analyst with Executive Admin Experience

Currently, Chubb is seeking a Property, Machinery, & Marine Analyst for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support of the Sr. Vice President of Property, Machinery, & Marine as well as performing functions in support of the Catastrophe Unit. This position is responsible for managing key managers’ agendas and calendars. You will be responsible for coordinating the generation, analysis and distribution of monthly management reports.
Other key duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Preparing presentations and various correspondences.
• Making travel arrangements, maintaining department schedules, processing/reviewing/submitting expense forms and reconciling/tracking budgets.
• Researching and summarizing information to present to management.
• Reviewing all incoming mail, organize, prioritize and direct as appropriate.
• Serve as the department contact/resource for resolving technology issues and have responsibility for projects and other administrative tasks (i.e., filing, supplies, dept. PTO, org. charts, move/new hire coordination).
• Additional assignments/projects may apply as deemed necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and Power Point required.
• Proficiency with the T&E and GFS systems are required.
• Knowledge of MIS and CMR are preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications required, i.e. CUW and Elias.
• Accurate typing skills 40-50 wpm.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills are necessary. Proven ability to work independently and proactively address critical issues.
• Experience must demonstrate a high level of initiative, ability to plan and organize complex requests.
• Must be able to research inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses, both verbally and in written format. Must possess excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels in the organization. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to proactively manage executive’s desks. Knowledge of meeting planning is preferred.
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality is required.


Education and Experience: Previous analytical and administrative experience is required (for an executive level position is preferred).
