Customer Service Supervisor
at Plymouth Rock Assurance in Massachusetts

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day leadership of an underwriting operations team. Key responsibilities include overall management of a team of associates that provide ongoing support to agents.
Foster an environment that is team-oriented, customer responsive and quality driven.
Ensure the appropriate administration of company policies and procedures.
Develop and manage department authority levels and referral processes
Manage internal quality reviews
Continuously review results of customer service levels including customer satisfaction, quality results, and budget management.
Focus on continuous improvement of day-to-day operations.
Service as subject matter expert for key business initiatives
Work in conjunction with Audit Operations to ensure compliance with state regulations
Provide underwriting input for product and/or pricing initiatives.
Strong customer and team interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
Property & Casualty knowledge in particular Personal Lines Automobile insurance.
Proficient in Excel
Sound underwriting, policy service and problem resolution skills.
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to identify and analyze trends and key service issues and recommend corrective action.
Ability to effectively evaluate complex information and make appropriate decisions.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years Supervisory experience and 5 years related experience in P&C industry
Personal Lines auto underwriting experience preferred
