In our Developmental Marketing Underwriting (DMU) Training Program, you will develop the necessary skills to advance to an integral role at Amerisure by participating in classroom training, self-study and mentoring with Amerisure’s top Marketing Underwriters.

This is not an entry level training program and successful candidates will have:

• 2-6 years professional business experience in the insurance industry
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in business or marketing with an insurance concentration
• Strong communication, relationship building, analytical, customer service and negotiating skills
