Customer Service Representative (CSR) PART TIME – Progressive Insurance

Class Start Date: June 7, 2010

Training Schedule: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Friday for approximately 8 weeks

Schedule (after training): – Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday – Schedule start time will be 3:00 PM – Able to work 4- 6 hours per day with up to 8 hours available on Saturday (total of 20- 32 hours per week) – Saturday shift will begin at 2:00 PM if working the 8 hour shift on that day

Pay Rate: $13.00/hr – $14.00/hr

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed: *High School diploma or equivalent required *Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment *Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer *Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
