Universal American is actively seeking an Associate Sales Manager to lead their Billings, MT team.
As an Associate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the office and driving revenue through recruiting, developing and managing agents. Personal production such as soliciting and enrolling Medicare Beneficiaries into Universal American benefit plans and other traditional insurance products and services that are made available from sales management may also be required. The Associate Sales Manager will also support and champion Universal American’s interest and goals in marketing to approved targeted populations.
Successful candidates of Universal American will:
Be active and in good-standing status with the Department of Insurance
Possess solid oral, written communication/computer skills
Have strong time management and organization skills
