Customer Service Representative (CSR) PART TIME
at Progressive Insurance in Florida

Our representatives are those caring individuals who take those calls and help people by setting up claims. They do this by keeping an eye on the details and providing the best possible customer service!

Customer Service Representative - Part Time
Start Date:
June 1, 2010
Training Schedule:
- Training will be approximately 6 weeks in length
- Training will be Monday- Friday from 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Schedule (after training):
- Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Schedule end time will be 11:00 PM
- Able to work 4- 6 hours per day with up to 8 hours available on Saturday (total of 20- 32 hours per week)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment
Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
