Customer Service Representative – Claims

Have you or someone you’ve known ever backed into a pole in a parking lot or parked too close to the left field line at the baseball field? Then you can understand how stressful damage to your vehicle can be. Our Central Claims Representatives are those caring individuals who handle your claim by providing optimal resolution and customer service.

Class Start Date: May 10, 2010

Pay Rate: $14.63/hr

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM

Schedule after Training:
Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Days Off= Sunday and Monday
OR
Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Days Off= Friday and Saturday

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: *High School diploma or equivalent *Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a position that required the ability to think critically, solve problems, and effectively communicate *Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer *Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills *Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a highly structured environment *Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
