We are looking for a person to lead account service teams in our risk management practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Under the direction of the Practice Leader, the successful candidate will deliver services to meet the needs of our clients and assist others in the delivery of client services.

The successful candidate will have at least three years experience performing and leading others in the design, marketing and delivery of property and casualty insurance programs, including the preparation of market specifications, analysis and presentation of options, and responding to client inquiries. 

Job Duties:
Work with Account Executives to establish, maintain and improve client relationships.
Develop and maintain knowledge and relationships with the insurance marketplace.
Market property and casualty placements, including the development of specifications, analysis and negotiation of coverage terms and conditions, and preparation of proposal.
Supervise, coach and mentor staff. Assist other team members to ensure service levels are met.
Develop and execute plans to improve efficiencies, streamline processes and increase team productivity and quality.  
Ensure adherence to Aon’s policies and procedures.
Conduct regular training sessions. Meet with staff on a one-on-one basis, and provide actionable feedback.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:
College education preferred, and a Property and Casualty insurance license
Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with a great attitude
Strong communications skills
