Old National Insurance was recently ranked as the 13th largest bank-owned broker and is the largest independent insurance agency headquartered in Indiana.
 
Old National Insurance is seeking a Licensing & Reporting Administrator. You will be responsible for handling all of the ONI (Old National Insurance) agency and agent licensing (180 agents throughout ONI). Facilitate licensing process and obtain new licenses as needed.

Additional duties will include:
facilitate/handle all renewals for agency and agents (licensed to do business in 49 states) with Department of Insurance
obtain new licenses as needed and track agent expirations and continuing ed tracking
Appointment paperwork for all agents throughout ONI (agents need to be appointed by carriers). Also ensure all agents and agencies have been appointed with a carrier to do business not only with carrier but also in that state
Maintain all files for company files such as commission schedules, profit sharing agreements, contracts between agency and the carrier
Process name changes, tax id #s, notify carries when we purchase agencies; licensing requests (facilitate process when company sends request for licensing update and return necessary paperwork)
Complete profile updates for carriers such as information like top carriers, premium written, office locations, contact information
Weekly sales report for agency, monthly production reports which includes tracking producer expense reimbursements, monthly bank referral reports, quarterly production reports for top 30 companies and year-end account analysis reports.
Preparation of power point presentations, ordering copier supplies and business cards, UPS shipping and back up for office manager duties.

Skills and Qualifications:
P&C license preferred
High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Very strong Administrative skills required
Very strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
