Full-time Sr. Account Specialist / Health & Benefits

We are looking for a person to lead account service teams in our employee benefits practice in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Under the direction of the Senior Benefits Consultant, the successful candidate will deliver services to meet the needs of our clients and assist others in the delivery of client services.

The successful candidate will have at least three years experience performing and leading others in the design, marketing and delivery of employee benefit plans, including the preparation of market specifications, analysis and presentation of insurer quotes, and responding to client inquiries. 

Job Duties:
Work with Benefit Consultants to establish, maintain and improve client relationships.
Maintain knowledge of fully insured and self funded markets, including existing and new products and services within these markets. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance representatives.
Market medical, dental, life, disability and other employee benefit plans. Spreadsheet and compare benefits and pricing of different plans. Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients and prospective clients.
Conduct enrollment meetings and coordinate implementation of new employee benefit plans.
Supervise, coach and mentor staff. Assist other team members to ensure service levels are met.
Develop and execute plans to improve efficiencies, streamline processes and increase team productivity and quality.  
Conduct regular training sessions. Meet with staff on a one-on-one basis, and provide actionable feedback.
Maintain knowledge of government regulations.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:
College education preferred, and a Life and Health insurance license
Strong communications skills
Ability to analyze data to develop trends and conclusions
Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with a great attitude
