In this position you will develop, facilitate and deliver soft skills training programs specifically to commercial insurance professionals. To be successful in this position, you need:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum four years insurance industry experience (preferably commercial claims and underwriting).
• Prefer experience coaching, training, leading or managing professional employees in a business setting.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, facilitation and customer service skills.
• Willing and able to travel as job demands.
