Claims Customer Service Representative

The Claims Customer Service Representative handles losses involving single vehicles or limited number of features via in-bound and out-bound calls and also resolves physical damage, rental and other associated coverage issues.
Start Date: October 10, 2011 and October 24, 2011
Pay Rate: $15.29/hr
Training Schedule: (Paid Training!)
Training: Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:15pm
Become licensed by the State of Texas!
Work Schedule:
Sunday 8am-5pm and Monday - Thursday 10am-7pm

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
- High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
- 3 years complex Customer Service experience.
- Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
- Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
