Consultant- Claims Analyst Ft. Worth, TX

Claims Analyst position -Position will be outsourced through Aon Global Risk Consulting and is located in the Ft. Worth Texas area.

Position Summary:
Assists the Claims Lead in the daily administration, processing and reporting of all property and casualty claims. Must be highly organized and provide excellent customer service. The ability to complete time sensitive projects accurately and within a given timeline is essential. Experience in Property and Casualty claims is required.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Daily administration to include processing and reporting of all property and casualty claims
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of claims within the RMIS (Risk Console)system
- Effectively monitor and administer claim reports for internal/external use
- Prepare claim reports, loss runs, etc. as needed/required
- Prepare and maintain hard/soft claim files as needed
- Create and implement property and casualty claims training module and SOP’s to all DI Program/Contracts , BAT and COE personnel
- Interface with legal, payroll, HR, etc. as needed relative to claims reporting/processing, etc.
- Serve as a resource to all Program/Contracts, BAT and COE personnel
- Provide assistance as needed/required for internal/external claim reviews
- Assist claims lead in projects, other efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline; two (2) years of experience in claim management or related filed may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college
- Typically three (3) years progressively responsible experience in Claims Management
- Strong working knowledge of the principles of insurance and claims management
- Knowledgeable with coverage and claim handling laws, rules and regulations pertaining to insurance and third party liability
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent administrative and organizational skills
o Working knowledge of Risk Console or similar RMIS system
o P& C Adjuster License or CPCU designation preferred, but not required
- Approximately 0-15% travel
