Full-time Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Executive works to profitably manage all aspects of our company’s relationship with clients, insurers and partners. This position also assists in the preparation of persuasive proposals and presentations for new programs or other products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Emerging leader with emerging senior client relationships
- Provides expertise in servicing low to medium complexity accounts (determined by volume/size of accounts and/or nature of business)
- Identifies client needs and develops custom solutions
- Works effectively with client decision makers
- Establishes and develops emerging relationships with economic buyers for small to medium size accounts
- Establishes credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
- Demonstrates technical competency and creates innovative solutions
- Communicates and captures the value that Aon brings to client

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
7+ years experience with an insurance brokerage firm specializing in employee benefits; may have a combination of brokerage/carrier experience; desired experience to include servicing an existing benefits book of business; project management skills, review of contract booklets and SPD's; analyzation of carrier utilization reports, claims data and trends; knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA and other compliance provisions; MS office skills; good communication skills; must posses Life and Health license

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School, College Preferred
