Full-time Claim Technical Assistant II

This position reports to the WW CBC Manager. The position supports the WW CBC Manager or multiple CBCs for specific tasks. The CBC TA II performs high level CBC support functions, utilizing both routine and unique workflows and procedures. Has the ability to take direction and then act independently; has strong organizational skills; and, a deep knowledge of spreadsheet applications, MIS applications, RMIS applications and the Chubb workstations.

Responsibilities:
•Assist the WW CBC Manager in receiving and responding to Insured, TPA, Broker and Underwriter claim inquires by phone, mail, fax and email
•Monitors and distributes CBC travel expense budget, coordinating with field CBC''s and auditors
•Maintains a calendar, prepares and files information for TPA Compliance filings:
-Determines claims compliance parameters
-Distributes e-mail requests to TPA''s and monitors/follows up on due dates for completed information returns and files with state
-QA''s claim compliance consistency and accuracy
-Coordinates and participates in claim review conference calls.
•Creation and distribution of customized reports, LHA or Dimensions, ClaimPath, MIS and CBC Database
•Monitor of working fund log for compliance; follow up with CBC for non compliant TPA''s.
•Due Diligence:
-Sends RFI to TPA
-Distributes response to appropriate business partner review
-Monitors progress of Due Diligence response
-Follows up with TPA or business partners for Due Diligence documents
•Maintain excel spreadsheet of shadow log
•Tracks Assumed Reinsurance, A & H business internationally
•Contract Execution:
-Complete partner contract according to CBC instructions
-Prints contracts and cover letters
-Send contract to TPA after WW CBC Manager execution
-On-going communication to CBC; follow up with TPA contact for execution
•Updates accounts in the CBC database at renewal with new premium / program structure.
•Maintains marketing material inventory as requested by the Zone CBC or CBC.
•Assist WW CBC with timely execution of strategic TPA implementation plan
•Assist WW CBC Manager in preparation of Regional CBC marketing initiatives
•Create Powerpoint presentations or other presentations in conjunction with WW CBC Manager
•Register accounts and maintain the TPA log on the CBC website, including monitoring 674 information.
•Responsible for entry/oversight of entry in TARA application
•Assist in managing WW CBC Manager calendar, coordinates meetings with business partners and external customers
•Assist in T&E expense and travel arrangements

•Systems knowledge (CUW, ClaimVision, RMIS, dimensions, LHA) as well as demonstrated skills in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
•Strong skills in applying creative solutions to overcome roadblocks to resolve routine issues.
•Proven organizational skills.
•Ability to multi-task, desire to be challenged and willingness to take on or participate in special projects.
•Attention to detail to review data and correspondence for accuracy.
•Serve as a coach to CBC TA I within their specific territory of a zone.
