We currently have a career opportunity for an Associate Account Executive in our Jacksonville, FL office.
Description:
Evaluate renewals to determine appropriateness of rates and rate components. Generate and produce client specific benefit analysis and reporting. Prepare and analyze employee benefits RFP, renewals and related data. Prepare financial histories for client RFP’s.
Articulate data and sophisticated reports to clients. Develop client’s benefits strategy in concert with other programs. Analyze carrier claims, utilization reports and report findings to consultants and clients. Operates independently and actively manages project plans.
May be responsible for the overall management of medium-sized projects. Prioritizes work and takes ownership of tasks. Supervises Account Specialist position. Initial point of contact for routine client questions and deliverables.
Special skills:
Life & Health License
Health and Benefits industry experience a plus.
Minimum work experience required:
4-5 years experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
