PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To supervise administrative staff and to coordinate administrative support functions and/or activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assigns and directs work.
2.Trains new colleagues.
3.Coordinates administrative support functions and/or activities.
4.Identifies and resolves problems and issues.
5.Provides coordination, training and support for unit.
6.Provides systems administration and/or technical support for unit specific duties.
7.Supports the organization's quality program(s).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
2.Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
3.Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience
Three (3) years experience in general office administration duties required.

Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

WORK ENVIRONMENT
