Currently, Chubb is seeking a Receptionist/Underwriting Service Associate for the Chicago, IL office.

Position Description:
Reception-This Position has primary responsibility for the Chicago Branch main reception desk.
Responsibilities of this position include:
• Greeting incoming visitors
• Oversight of 7 line switchboard; greeting / routing incoming callers
• Maintenance of specific administrative support functions: Welcome Board, vendor coordination, phone listings, visitor database, and miscellaneous projects.

Underwriting Service Associate-In conjunction with receptionist duties, the position also supports services for the Chicago Branch Services Core. The Operations Services Department (OSD) created Branch Services cores to support field Underwriters and Underwriting associates. These cores are driven at leveraging the benefits of coring high volume tasks and maximizing the use of technology. This position is part of this Branch Services core located in Chicago.

Responsibilities of this position include:
• CCI and CSI New Line Submission & Prospect Entry Processing including: 1) Reviews incoming submissions to determine correct service branch and customer group, 2) Performs OFAC Clearance, 3) Indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file, 4) Completes entry with the appropriate name clearance system and indexes all supporting documentation in the underwriting file, 5) Enters Prospects according to business rules and 6) Generates correspondence associated with new line submissions per Corporate Rules
• CCI Endorsement Triage Processing
• Branch Service Requests which includes: 1) CCI: BORs, Flood Maps, Elias, Loss Runs, OFAC Research, ATD Inspections, 2) Loss Control Surveys, Prospect Entry/Close Outs, and 3) CSI: Submission & Prospect Entry/Close Outs

• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Demonstrates teamwork by sharing knowledge and information with others.
• Displays a willingness to help and learn from other team members.

Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in similar role preferred.
