Full-time Data Entry - Short Term

at Everbank in Florida

This is a short term position and anticipated to last up to six months

Primary Characteristics:
The basic functions of this position are to provide entry level support to the Hazard Insurance Department. Duties will include data entry, filing, and performing miscellaneous repetitive tasks. Specifically, this position will be paying insurance premiums and reviewing insurance policies for accuracy. This is a short term assignment.

Essential Functions:
• Data entry
• Filing
• Special projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
• Proficiency in data entry, alpha and 10 key
• Willingness to learn
• Strong computer skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to prioritize
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to follow directions

Training and Experience:
• PC skills (Excel/Word/Oracle)
• Data entry skills
• Basic mathematical skills
