Coordinator-Client Services

Position Summary:
Under supervision, the Coordinator-Client Service supports the Account Executive Region and is accountable for administrative and technical support.
The scope includes new and renewal client set up and verification of validity of loss information data. This includes tracking and reporting metrics, supporting ongoing service deliverables, unit administration. Also, the Coordinator-Client Services will help ensure client satisfaction through business and productivity analyses and foster clear communications between business units and clients.
Responsibilities:
Administratively Supports the Account Executive Region
Operates systems (RMIS) /reporting mechanisms.
Sets up new client accounts and renew existing clients.
Handles client renewal processes and procedures.
Verifies validity of loss information and works with SISDAT data.
Solves data issues and problems from a technical standpoint.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as requested.
Assist and manage client service instructions within Broadspire account bulletin systems.
Manages Broker reviews (including posting to notification database).
Provides Account Executives support with Claim File Reviews.
Maintains calendar for Sick time and Vacations.
Updates and maintains forms, schedules and list; maintains unit supplies and arranges for servicing of equipment.
Organizes and maintains designated adjuster listings.
Maintains staff bios
Accountable for responding to loss run/data requests for the AE’s.
Assist Account Executives in the maintenance of location code structures/class code listings.
Responds to claims questions in the absence of the AE redirecting questions outside of the position’s scope.
Orders and maintains marketing materials.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as requested.
Assist Account Executives in monitoring compliance and effectiveness of standardized models and procedures through development and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets.
Maintains regions contract files.
Assist Account Executives in preparation for Stewardship meetings including collecting data, providing basic analysis, constructing Power Point presentations, creating agendas.
Creates and maintains a tracking/follow up systems for overdue invoices.
Performs as Account Manager for selected small/medium sized clients
Overall account implementation (ensures what activities and resources are needed to successfully start-up an account. This includes account renewal/retention for assigned accounts and maintains post-implementation process work flows, processes and procedures.
Defines account service strategy, sets expectations for participation results, works with (product development) to prepare service materials (benchmarking) and travels (if needed) to locations to participate in service meetings.
Act as a liaison between clients and business units with regard to client needs, process effectiveness and adequacy.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Broadspire corporate structure, products, services and capabilities.
Good communication techniques with clients and in-house Crawford personnel.
Diplomacy and tact.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to learn Crawford systems and reporting mechanisms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to facilitate projects of varying complexity involving coordinating, controlling and implementing as well as the ability to develop and deliver in response to questions from management.
Good time management.

Experience:
Minimum of three years experience in an insurance-related position preferably with Crawford in a service delivery or administrative capacity.
