Full-time Senior Research Analyst

at Confidential in New Jersey

As a senior member in the Economic & Industry Research team, this position will research the trends in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities include:
• Work with insurance industry data to support development of insurance industry studies.
• Perform statistical analysis of industry and economic data.
• Research, write and edit industry reports.
• Participate in research projects on economics, laws and industry dynamics.
• Data manipulation in SAS and Excel.
• Write and present finding to the public.
Requirements:
• Master degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience with the manipulation of industry data for the purpose of financial and or/industry analysis.
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• SAS skills a plus.
