We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Specialist - Client Account Services position in our Alpharetta, GA office. 

Role and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate & up-to-date documentation, including benefit manuals, process flows & common drives, as required. Identify, develop & implement ongoing process improvement. Measure & identify trends for improved proficiency. Provide consistent training, auditing & feedback to benefits & customer care escalations. Instill individual accountability for professional development. Work with IT &/or Program Champions to system test benefits & escalations processes for new/modified program/products. 

SPECIAL SKILLS:
Analytical skills and problem-solving skills are a must.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Ability to work well with others in a Team Environment.
Willingness to go the Extra Mile when needed. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent with at least two years of related experience.
