Summary
To review the loss experience and workers compensation class code designations for prospective client businesses in order to evaluate the risks that may be associated with entering into a co-employment relationship. To support Director and act as back up to Director when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review RFPs, loss runs, declarations pages for prospective clients
• Update proposal system with decision related to review of workers compensation expsoure
• Prepare risk sharing agreements
• Review workers compensation code classifications for prospective clients
• Assist workers compensation carrier/third party admistrator in reviewing prohibited prospective clients
• Proposal system super user – help train and support staff on the proposal system
• Work with Sales on pricing of deals when necessary
• Have a thorough understanding of the entire underwriting process in order to back up Director when needed
