Full-time Sr Project Leader

Superior and demonstrated Project Management and Business Process Reengineering skills. Strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills; must be proficient in MS Project, Excel and other computer tools. Demonstrated leadership driving project successes. Demonstrated leadership capability and change agent. 10 years business/operations experience. Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group, across other company functions and with external organizations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deliver quickly and adapt to changing demands. Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and mentoring skills. Proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful change results. Detailed oriented person with strong leadership experience willing to take on a challenge. 2+ years of direct experience as a certified Black Belt with demonstrated success leading, facilitating and executing multiple projects using Six Sigma methodologies (Desired, not required). Technical mastery of Six Sigma skills such as DMAIC, Lean and process management (Desired, not required). Health care or Operations experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field/commensurate work experience. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 8 years progressive business experience managing or leading projects preferably in a healthcare organization. Demonstrated project management or project administration experience, with the ability to effectively utilize project management software and other Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Candidate must be able to work independently, manage multiple properties effectively, and have excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Proven ability to effectively interact with and give direction to staff at all levels of the organization, including senior staff required. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and group presentation skills.
