GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides general clerical support to department manager or staff, such as
filing, preparing mailings, word-processing, and answering telephones. Normally
receives general direction, but works independently to meet deadlines in
accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Ability to follow routine procedures.
- Strong clerical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and
in written format.
- Prior experience with software used by department preferred.
- Skills testing as appropriate.
