Currently we have an exciting career opportunity for an Associate Account Executive for our Phoenix, AZ office location.

Position Description:
The selected candidate will assist in the management of a book of business. Will also be involved in supervising a team. This individual will provide the necessary account management to continue to effectively service the existing book of business in the Property & Casualty area. 
- Review annual accounting for accuracy
- Prepare/Analyze RFPs, renewals, related information
- Analyze carrier claims, utilization reports; report findings to clients
- Prepare financial histories for client
- Peer review technical reports
- Develop clients’ benefits strategy in concert with other programs
- Demonstrates technical competency and creates innovative solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Liaison between client and vendor to resolve problems
- Create/Present material for client meetings
- Responsible for client management of low to medium complexity accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Liaison between client and vendor to resolve problems
- Evaluate renewals
- Review annual accountings for accuracy
- Prepare and analyze RFPs, renewals, related information
- Analyze carrier claims, utilization reports; report findings to consultants/clients
- Prepare financial histories for client
- Peer review technical reports
- Develop clients strategy in concert with other programs

Required Experience:
High school diploma, college degree preferred.
At least 5 years’ experience in Property and Casualty 
Previous Supervisory/Leadership role experience
Well developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive and works with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work well within a team atmosphere.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
