We are currently recruiting for a Claims Executive in our Knoxville, Tennessee location. This person will be responsible for building relationships with our insured's claims departments, guide our insured's through the process to settlement, conduct claims reviews, monitor and assess open claims and claims handling, and ensure reserve adequacy on losses. The ideal person would be able to develop relationships with the outside claims departments to guide them and help them strategize about the best resolution for each file. We require a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years adjusting experience in Commercial Liability Claims, preferably in motor carrier claims. Claims supervisory experience is preferred. Travel is required.
