Currently, Chubb is looking to fill a Customer Service Representative position within Chubb Personal Insurance’s Centralized Service Department in Whitehouse Station, NJ.
Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Receive, respond and resolve policy issuance and direct bill inquiries via an 800 number.
• Demonstrate and support the Non-Masterpiece Call Coaching principles to enhance customer experience
• Adhere to departmental standards and workflows to ensure accurate processing of quotes and policy changes
• Support other CSD units processing incoming work, as business needs require.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly counts and reporting of productivity
• Cross-train on priority rating software to provide quoting assistance
• Process endorsement requests in the Non-Masterpiece systems
• Basic understanding of rating and familiarity with state initiatives and guidelines
• Develop positive rapport with agents, underwriters, and claims
Competencies & Skills Required:
• Quality Driven/Attention to detail
• Excellent Communication Skills, verbal/written and interpersonal.
• Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work with multiple tasks, balance multiple priorities and work independently
• Customer Service focus/Excellent customer service skills- maintain and expand relationships
• Ability to work with people at various levels in and outside of organization/collaboration
• Strong negotiation, decision making, and personal accountability
• Results oriented –ability to manage expectations for delivering tasks and assignments
