As an agency owner your duties will include marketing and sales of life, health, auto and homeowners insurance. Carriers you will represent will include: United Health, Assurant, Blue Cross, Humana, Travelers, Progressive, ING, Fidelity and several more.

1st year agencies can easily exceed $100,000 in income however your total commissions will be based on your personal production. The Fast Track Agents program does NOT keep any %age of your commission—you keep 100% of the earned commission. If you are not licensed there are start up costs to pay for the licenses, however we will reimburse you for those fees.

Hard Work and Commitment are fundamental factors combined with following A Proven System; demonstrating Commitment; absorbing Knowledge; and, staying Organized are all significant aspects of Our Keys to Success.

Insurance is the absolute best type of industry to start a business because:
• It is a Recession Proof Trillion dollar industry

• Have UNLIMITED INCOME POTENTIAL
• Earn Residual Income for the life of your client

We are a unique agency that helps potential agents start their own business but give them all the training and set up necessary to get them off the ground on a solid foundation and continued support. We provide:
• Leads
• Training
• Website
• Technology
• Advanced Commissions
• Numerous Carriers

All the while owning and operating your own insurance agency – being in business for yourself but not by yourself.

We are looking to fill all open areas soon—we only take 1 agent per area and spots fill relatively quickly. In rural areas you maybe assigned an entire county and in more populated areas a city. It is important that no Fast Track Agents are in the same area. One of the big ways we will teach you to market is through your local chamber of commerce and through leads emailed to you in your area.

After your due diligence, if you have more questions and are seriously interested in joining the Fast Track Agents program you must get approved to join. To this end we conduct 2 one-on-one telephone interviews with each candidate to see if you are a good fit for the Fast Track Agents program. The first telephone interview is with the National Recruiting Manager. If there is mutual agreement that FTA is a good fit a 2nd interview will be scheduled with Wesley Brinson, President and Lead Trainer for final acceptance into the program.

After acceptance you must pay your Appointment Fees. It's $1,000 for a licensed individual and $1500 for someone that isn't licensed. The fees for non-licensed individuals go to pay all of your licensing fees and exams and any funds left over go towards your training and getting set up. However all of your fees, including your licensing fees, will be returned to you based on production. We reward you by reimbursing $100 for each 5 applications on top of your normal commission up to the full amount of your original investment. Not only do we reimburse all of your investment FTA also pays out-of-pocket for your 1st year’s dues to your local area Chamber of Commerce and your 1st year’s P&C licensing fee.

Please reply only if you have had or currently have interest getting involved in the insurance industry and understand there are fees involved with starting your own business. We get lots of interest in these spots and conduct valuable phone interviews with each person so we would only like to deal with people that believe this could be right for them.
The Fast Track Agents program experiences a strong response from candidates, so please contact me as soon as you are ready to discuss how the Fast Track Agents program can work for you!

Best regards,
Pamla Raye, National Recruiting Manager
