Currently we have an Account Executive/Broker position (APRM Personal Lines) in our Fort Worth, TX office.
Description:
- Emerging leader with proven peer market relationships and emerging senior client relationships
- Provides expertise in servicing the needs if high net worth individuals. Identifies client needs and develops custom solutions
- Client facing with track record of working effectively with decision makers within clients
- Establishes and develops emerging relationships with family offices and key players in the high net worth marketplace
- Proven technical competency demonstrating capabilities to create innovative solutions
- Establishes credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
- Possesses senior executive client communication and negotiation skills (oral and written)
- Effectively communicates market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situation
- Manages medium to large book of business typically, between $1M and $3M
- Mentors junior brokers and provides peer reviews
- Communicates and captures the value that Aon brings to client
Additional:
HS Diploma, Bachelors preferred
P&C licensed
