SERVICE MANAGER, CMRL INS
at Old National Bank in Indiana
Old National Insurance, a subsidiary of Old National Bank, has an opening for a Commercial Lines Service Manager in our Indianapolis office. Old National is the largest independent retail insurance agency headquartered in Indiana and is one of the top 100 insurance brokers in the United States.
This position is a dual role: Service Manager and Commercial Lines CSA.
Specific Responsibilities:
Service Manager
Managing the commercial lines and professional liability group.
Providing assistance to the producers in handling and processing of new and renewal commercial lines business.
Motivating and developing employees.
Communicating effectively.
Managing workflow and productivity.
Leading meetings as appropriate.
Commercial Lines CSA
· Coordinating expirations with producers.
· Obtaining new and renewal information.
· Assisting in marketing of new accounts.
· Preparing proposals.
· Client service and communication.
Qualifications:
10 years experience as a Commercial Lines CSA or similar role.
2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
Current Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
Ability to work well with and thru others.
Previous agency management system experience, Vertafore/Sagitta preferred.
Previous document imaging systems experience is a plus, Vertafore/ImageRight preferred.
Must be detail oriented, able to excel in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines, work with a sense of urgency and have excellent customer service skills.
