We currently have a career opportunity for an Account Specialist (Health and Benefits) in our Grand Rapids, MI office.
Description:
- Evaluate renewals to determine appropriateness of rates and rate components.
- Generate and produce client specific benefit analysis and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze employee benefits RFP, renewals and related data.
- Prepare financial histories for client RFPs.
- Articulate data and sophisticated reports to clients.
- Develop clients' benefits strategy in concert with other programs.
- Analyze carrier claims, utilization reports and report findings to consultants and clients.
Special Skills: Life & Health License. Health & Benefits industry experience a plus.
Minimum work experience required: 1-3 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree
