Atlanta, Minneapolis, New York City, Somerset (NJ), Norwalk (CT)

Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of pharmacy benefits, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing products and services
Assist senior consultants with marketing and sales efforts
Educate H&B generalists on pharmacy products and services
Mentor junior staff

Assist with strategy and design consulting to include some or all of the following:
Benefit strategy
Plan design
Pricing strategy
Bid/selection projects
Health plan management including vendor management, negotiations, problem resolution, and regional/local interface
Audits
Assist in the delivery of client work  
Perform  project management

Act as project consultant on targeted client/prospects
Take initiative on building internal and external relationships

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Pharmacy Degree
Experience in pharmacy or health benefit consulting
Project management experience
Business knowledge/perspective
Health care experience (3+ years)
Consulting experience (2+ years)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent Microsoft Office skills -- Excel, Power Point, Access and Word
Ability to travel
