Customer Service Representative (CSR) PART TIME

Class Start Date: May 3, 2010

Training Schedule: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday – Friday for approximately 6 weeks

Schedule (after training): – Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday – Schedule start time will be 4:00 PM – Able to work 4- 6 hours per day with up to 8 hours available on Saturday (total of 20- 32 hours per week)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed: *High School diploma or equivalent required *Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment *Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer *Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
