COMMERCIAL LINES CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY

Old National Insurance, a subsidiary of Old National Bank, has an opportunity for a Customer Service Agent, Professional Liability in our Indianapolis office. Old National is the largest independent retail insurance agency headquartered in Indiana and is one of the top 100 insurance brokers in the United States.
The Customer Service Agent Professional Liability is responsible for providing assistance to producers in handling and processing of new and renewal commercial lines accounts with a primary focus on professional liability.
Specific responsibilities include:
coordinating expirations with producers and obtaining renewal or new business information, assisting in marketing of new and renewal business, determining premiums, preparing presentations packets and maintaining underwriting and marketing information by carrier, checking new and renewal policies for accuracy, inputting transactions to generate billing invoices, ensuring that items are delivered to client, receiving phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, and administrative issues.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience is required. Prior experience with professional liability coverage is preferred.
Thorough understanding of commercial lines underwriting, coverage and risk analysis.
Current Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office products.
Previous agency management systems experience is a plus; AMS Sagitta is preferred.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines, work with a sense of urgency and have excellent customer service skills.
