Liability Adjuster

As a Liability Adjuster, you will manage an inventory of liability files, with exposures up to policy limits. This includes the opportunity to retain and direct defense counsel, maneuver claims towards resolution with your strong negotiation skills.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
• Minimum of 4 years experience handling liability claim files, preferably with transportation claims experience.
• Independent decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional litigation, negotiation, problem solving and mediation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of claims procedures, overall litigation process, state negligence laws and medical terminology.
• Exceptional ability to evaluate serious injury exposures.
